Yearly Email Support
For ongoing support, we offer a next business day or sooner, reply on all emails sent to support@MaxScheduler.com. This level of support costs USD $250 per year.
Yearly Telephone Support
For ongoing support, we offer a return call within 3 hours or less, on all calls made to 416-702-7387 during the hours of 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST . This level of support costs USD $500 per year. Telephone Support includes the Yearly Email Support service.
Software Customization
We offer customization of MaxScheduler, please contact us to receive a quote. Busineses often have an existing scheduling process that has evolved from their particular needs. We believe that scheduling software is most useful if it closely fits the existing process.
Software Upgrades
We are constantly trying to improve MaxScheduler. We will be offering upgrades as they are developed.
